Scheduling Student Activities
Process for Scheduling of Activities/Events
The Activities Committee will be comprised of the following administrators, faculty and staff:
Mr. Moses Griffin, Executive Assistant to the President, Chairperson
Ms. Rochelle Robinson, Student Government Association
Ms. Linda Hasting, Library/Media Services
Ms. Mae Callihan, Physical Plant Services
Mr. Andre Wilson, Student Government Association
Step I
Proposal MUST be submitted at least two weeks prior to the Activity.
Student should submit electronically, as an attachment, a typed proposal to activities@wilberforce.edu. The proposal should be in Microsoft Word (or compatible word processing application) and not exceed two (2) pages. The proposal must include the following:

After final approval, the organization will be authorized to notify all involved departments and facilities by getting the appropriate signatures on the Student Activity Request Signature Form.
This procedure applies to EVERY organization involved in any activity on or off campus. This will be required for travel scheduling etc.
