Qualifications



Qualifications:

- All candidates must have achieved, at the least, a 2.5 cumulative grade point average as certified by the Registrar, and no disciplinary action shall have been taken against them.       

- At the time they run for office, candidates for President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, and Board of Trustees Representative must have completed no less than 30 credit hours; candidates for Treasurer and Secretary must have completed no less than 15 credit hours.

- All candidates must be able to serve their position for a full academic year (fall and spring semester).

- The Student Representative to the Board of Trustees must be at least 18 years of age by the beginning of the office term.

- Transfer students must have been enrolled for one full academic year prior to running for office.

- All presidential candidates must reside on campus.
