Wilberforce University will be hosting an Undergraduate Student STEM Research Mini-Symposium on Saturday, September 15, 2012, from 2-5 pm, in the Upper Lecture Hall. The symposium will feature presentations from undergraduate students who have recently been involved in research in STEM and related areas, and is sponsored by a 2011-2012 grant from ARO/Battelle to Wilberforce University. The event will also feature a keynote address from Dr. Adedeji Badiru, Professor and Head of Systems and Engineering Management at the Air Force Institute of Technology, titled "How to be a Part of the Future STEM Workforce Development: Don't Just Sit and Watch". Please attend this worthwhile event and encourage and support undergraduate students as they present their research. Light refreshments will be served.
