The Residence Life Staff at Wilberforce University is committed to the belief that your personal growth and development outside the classroom is just as important as your educational growth and development in the classroom.

Now that you have been admitted to Wilberforce, we are ready to assign you a room. You will be sent a Housing Contract and the Housing Newsletter which includes an overview of the Residence Halls as well as a floor plan of a typical room that includes room dimensions and window sizes.

Rooms are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. In order to ensure room availability you should return the application and contract with a check/money order for $225.00 payable to Wilberforce University as soon as possible to the address below. Any application/contract received without fees is considered incomplete.
The following fees are covered in the $225.00 payment.

1. Matriculation Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE) $ 50.00
2. Advance Room Payment  $ 75.00 (Refunded upon separation from the university)
3. Comprehensive Deposit (key/facilities card) $ 50.00 (Refunded upon separation from the university)
4. Orientation Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE) $ 50.00

   Note: Current fees are subject to change. You will be assessed any increase during registration.
