Transcript Requests

• Mail signed request to:
  Wilberforce University Registrar's Office
  PO Box 1001

  Email requests are not accepted - signature is required.
• Fax requests to: (937) 708-5222
• Include complete name, social security number, dates of attendance/graduation and current mailing address (reference maiden name if applicable)
• Provide complete mailing address where transcript is to be mailed (transcripts are not faxed)
• Cost is $2.00 per transcript. Same day service is available at $7.00. Requests must be received in the office no later than 3:00 p.m. No express mail service is available.
• Processing time is 2-3 days upon receipt of request in the office. Processing time may be extended 3-5 days during high peak periods (registration, graduation, etc.)
• Transcripts and/or letters of completion will not be released to individuals that have outstanding financial obligations to the University.

Change of Address:

• Forward change of address to the address listed above. Verbal changes are not accepted.

Enrollment Verification:

• Forward request to the Registrar's Office. Include complete address where verification is to be mailed.

Application for Graduation

• Requests are available in the Registrar's Office.
