G.E.D. test result. If you withdrew from high school prior to graduation, submit an official high school transcript recording grades to the point of withdrawal and an official G.E.D. test result.
If you graduated from high school one or more years ago, and have not attended any post-secondary institution, please provide us with a statement regarding what you have been doing since you last attended high school.
