The American Campus Stores, LLC currently manages bookstore operations. We are the Nation's fastest growing African American owned and operated College Bookstore Management company. With an aim towards excellence in all things we specialize in quality merchandise for Wilberforce University Students & Staff, Alumni & Family Members.
As a full service Campus Store customers may find required texts and school supplies. Additionally, the Campus Store sells Alumni publications, Greek items, WU clothing, Cultural Gift Items, Student Designs, Snacks, Health and Beauty Aids, WU Glassware, as well as a wide range of promotional and special order items. Policy statements are posted in the Bookstore and on each register receipt. Customers must retain and present receipts for returns, refunds and during on campus Textbook Buy-Back. New or Used textbooks required for the class may be returned for full refund or exchange within 7 calendar days from the first day of classes each semester. Any adjustment to purchases made with a student's Financial Aid Account must be resolved prior to the close of the voucher period as determined by the Office of the Bursar.
The regular hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Store will post and publicize Extended Hours during Book Rush and other key periods each semester.
