Welcome to the Wilberforce family and to Academic Affairs! I look forward to working with and guiding you in your development as critical thinkers, in your increased global awareness, becoming technically astute and in your understanding of the arts. I will provide leadership for an environment in which quality teaching and cutting edge research occurs. Mutual respect is the cornerstone for such an environment. Through a coordinated effort, I will provide courses in a four year program for your success here at Wilberforce and as life long learners.

The Dean is the Chief Academic Officer of the respective division - Arts & Sciences or Professional Studies. Although the Divisions operate semi-autonomously, there is an opportunity afforded for interdisciplinary study. The Dean serves as a catalyst leading a richly diverse community of scholars who share much in common.

Division Chairpersons are the first to interact with student, parents and family, as well as other administrators and the larger community. The Division Chairperson is the foundation for academic programs, for new directions in academic programs, and for teaching. It is vital to establish strong relationships with the Division Chairs.
